Interior & Exterior Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY: Baker’s Painting warrants labor and materials for a period of three (3) years. If paint failure appears, we will the supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost to you. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
This warranty excludes, and in no event will Baker’s Painting be responsible for consequential or incidental damages caused by accidents or abuses, settlement or moisture; i.e., cracks caused by expansion and /or contraction.
EXTERIOR EXCLUSIONS IN OUR WARRANTY: Coating failures caused by vandalism, fire, home alterations, structural changes, rust, rotting wood, hail, tornado, hurricane or water damage, breakdown of previously applied coatings, inner coat peeling between exciting coating, weakened or inferior substrates, and paint failure on any metal surfaces and decks, patios or flooring are not covered by this guarantee.
